Due to our topic being so open-ended, we are present with vast choice when it comes to picking who we want to interview. I believe that each group of people that we could potentially interview would produce different results therefore if possible I would like to try and conduct research that involves a mix of participants. As we are going to Amsterdam with our university, interviewing our peers is a credible option. The positives of interviewing our peers is we already have built up a rapport with them and therefore their answers may be more open. Another positive that comes from interviewing our peers is that we have the ability to interview them twice (once in the UK and then again whilst in Amsterdam), this will give us the ability to analyse the difference. However, interviewing tourists, locals, university students (international and local), and those who are travelling on business will create a more rounded understanding of what we want to know, nevertheless me and my group have to take into account the constraints that we are under with such things as time and ethical considerations.
